  My partner went in to buy an IMAC to help with her PHD. We were talked to straight away and given excellent service. David was especially helpful and answered any questions we had. Really helpful staff and seem to enjoy working there.

  Had a great experience in store today buying my iMac. Every member of staff we interacted with was so friendly- especially David who served us and was so kind and helpful! Such great and efficient customer service that made what was an exciting experience for me all the better! :-)

  I visited the Apple Store on 04/05/26. I initially dealt with Vivian who was very helpful and set up a consultation with Joe. Joe was more than capable to sort out my problem which was actually quite complex. I could not be happier with service provided, these guys really excelled. I would have given six stars if I could. Thanks Joe and Vivian!

  Went in (12/04/2026) because I was having issues with my front camera. The entire time they acted as if I was imagining the issue, despite showing them multiple examples of pictures with the problem I was describing. Not sure if it’s apart of their training to speak down to folk as if they haven’t a clue, or to be totally and utterly condescending when supposedly “helping” people, but they are truly professionals at it! A girl with blonde curly hair and glasses then took my phone and said she was going to go out the back and take a picture on it, alongside taking one on hers to compare the quality. She then went out the back with both phones, and only took a picture on hers. She showed me the picture on her phone and was insistent that the photo she took on mine looked the same, except she never actually took a photo on mine???? I didn’t realise this at the time, but the photo she was showing me was one she’d taken on her own camera. She never took a photo on mine. There was no photo to be seen anywhere in my camera roll, or even my recently deleted folder. She tried to pass the photo she took on her own camera as if it was taken on mine. I guess lying to customers is another training technique this store endorses? The iPhone 15 is notorious for having a bad camera. They seemed to refuse to acknowledge this, instead trying to act as though I was making the issue I was having up. Disgusted at the way they acting towards me in store and Also how they handled my appointment. Totally unprofessional “customer service” (if you could even call it that). Only booked the appointment because I had checked with a different Apple Store initially if the problem I was having would even warrant booking an appointment, and they instructed me just to book in and get the camera checked over. I’m not even convinced that this store ever truly did that, instead of trying to understand or figure out what was going wrong, they spent the entire time just fobbing the issue off. Good luck if you need something fixed and it’s left to this lot - they’ll just waste your time! “Genius” bar my arse!
